My focus in HCI design is to create intuitive and aesthetic interfaces that help people use technology seamlessly and efficiently.

From websites to applications, I strive to develop designs that perfectly combine functionality and user experience. I'm particularly interested in how users interact with digital systems and how design can influence those interactions. For me, good HCI design means more than just creating visually appealing interfaces – it means deeply understanding users' needs and behavior. I specialize in web design and UI/UX design, developing intuitive user interfaces and interaction processes for websites and apps.

From the creation of initial wireframes to fully developed visual prototypes, I transform ideas into thoughtful and appealing designs. In addition to the conceptualization and planning of digital projects, I also design logos, illustrations, and high-quality print materials – always with a clear focus on aesthetics and functionality.

My work is built on a deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, complemented by the use of Affinity tools and Topaz plugins for precise, detail-oriented finishing.

I work as a photographer and videographer with a comprehensive understanding of the entire creative process – from capturing and editing to the final presentation. My photography includes both professional photoshoots and detailed post-processing and color correction. In video, I create engaging film projects through editing, effects, and precise storytelling. I also create high-quality 3D visualizations and animations that stand out through technical precision and artistic design. I use tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Camera Raw, as well as Blender 3D and Expressive Animator for interactive animations.

I specialize in front-end and web development with a clear focus on creating user-friendly and efficient web solutions. With solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern preprocessors like SASS and LESS, I translate complex layouts and designs precisely.
In the back-end, I work with Python and Django to develop robust and scalable applications, complemented by database management using SQLite and MariaDB.
I use tools like Git for version control, Bootstrap for responsive design, and Wagtail CMS or WordPress for easy content management. JavaScript and jQuery also support me in building dynamic and interactive web elements.

I have extensive experience in managing projects and teams, focusing on strategic planning, analysis, and effective implementation. As a team leader, I have managed and supported up to six design staff, while also coordinating external contributors for WordPress, Wagtail, and TYPO3 web projects. My competencies include project planning, proposal development, crisis management, and leading interdisciplinary teams. I place great importance on clear communication and efficient collaboration – both with clients and within the team. For project and task management, I use tools like Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, Gantt charts, Kanban methods, the Office 365 Suite, and Zoho Office to organize processes in a structured and goal-oriented way.

I have foundational knowledge in digital marketing, with a focus on effective search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword analysis to increase the visibility and reach of online content. I use tools like Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to perform data-driven analysis and develop strategies for optimized performance.
Additionally, I support social media strategies and work on targeted one-page optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates. I also integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Claude to automate processes and incorporate innovative approaches into digital marketing strategies.

In my conceptual work, I combine thorough analysis with unconventional ideas to unlock new perspectives and craft innovative paths forward. Philosophy inspires me – the pursuit of clarity, structure, and deep understanding – and helps sharpen my thinking and precisely articulate my visions. This blend of creativity and reflection forms the foundation of my approach: to ask questions where others seek answers and to develop concepts that are not only effective but forward-thinking. To me, thinking beyond the norm is the key to transformation and progress.

The Big Questions

The big questions of life have always fascinated me – those fundamental topics that shape our understanding of existence, consciousness, and reality.

Philosophy, to me, is a tool to go beyond obvious answers and gain deeper insights into the fundamental principles of life and the world. I engage deeply with scientific and philosophical questions – be it the nature of consciousness, the structure of the universe, or the intersections between ethics, technology, and society. I seek connections between the reasoning of science and the reflections of philosophy to foster a holistic understanding of complex topics. For me, contemplating these big questions is more than an intellectual adventure – it's a way of exploring the world and constantly expanding my perspective. This exploration gives depth to my life and inspires my work by opening up new horizons for thought and action.

Mountain Sleeping

My hobby, which I lovingly call "mountain sleeping," is more than just a leisure activity – it’s a deep connection to nature and to myself.

I love spending nights on Alpine summits, surrounded by raw, untouched wilderness. In the silence of the night, alone on the mountain, I find a unique peace that no other moment can offer. Time on the summit allows me to experience the transition from day to night and back again in the most intimate way. The play of light, the shifting colors, and the vastness of the starry sky fascinate me time and again. I capture these magical moments with my camera to preserve and share their beauty. For me, mountain sleeping is not just an adventure – it’s a grounding and inspiring experience. It’s a chance to leave everyday life behind, become one with nature, and focus on what truly matters.

Introspection & Meditation

Introspection and reflection are essential parts of my life.

They give me the opportunity to pause, sharpen my focus, and find my inner alignment. Through meditation, I dive deep into my mind to create clarity and calm. It’s a moment when I leave the noise of daily life behind and find a space of stillness where I can organize my thoughts and recharge. Reflection helps me to consciously question my decisions, values, and goals – and to continually reevaluate them. It’s a way of not only looking forward but also looking back – to learn and grow. For me, these practices aren’t a luxury, but a necessary foundation to stay aligned with myself, act with clarity, and maintain direction in an often hectic world. They give me the strength to face challenges with serenity and a clear mind.
